COVID-19 Social Distancing Policy

Please be aware that we have implemented a social distancing policy due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our goal is to continue to provide our clients with the highest level of patient care and customer service possible. We are monitoring the latest CDC, AVMA, RIVMA, OSHA and state guidelines regarding CODVID-19.

If you are feeling ill, have recently traveled to a CDC high-risk zone or have been in contact with anyone with COVID-19, we request you to stay home and we will reschedule your appointment.

FOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS: Call our reception team upon arrival at our facility. We will require you and your pet to wait in your vehicle until a technician assists you into the building. We request that only one healthy person be present for your pets’ appointment.

If you have concerns about entering our facility, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will offer an alternative curbside protocol.

FOR PRESCRIPTIONS: We have implemented a curbside service for all prescriptions. Please call with your prescription refill requests and we will do our best to fill them within 24 hours. Once your prescription is ready our reception team will call you and take payment via phone. When you arrive at our facility to pick your prescriptions up, call our reception team and your prescriptions will be brought directly your vehicle.

We would like to remind you that we also have an online pharmacy. Your order will be shipped directly to your home.
